COMPLAINT CHANNEL

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE CHANNEL?

This is a channel for the internal management of organizations and its objective is to promote good organizational practices, aligned with policies of integrity, ethics and transparency, and zero tolerance for fraud, corruption, harassment, gender violence, affectations to consumers, the environment, health, and all kinds of practices that violate internationally accepted standards. This channel is an internal tool, it does not initiate jurisdictional or police procedures, but rather internal processes of each of the organizations in order to manage and solve the problem in question.

WHO CAN REPORT OR COMPLAIN?

Reports can be anonymous or not, at your choice. Complaints can be made by any person in good faith, who is suffering from a situation or who has knowledge of irregular events or who wants to report.

WHAT KIND OF FACTS OR SITUATIONS CAN BE REPORTED OR DENOUNCED?

Any fact or situation that you consider, in good faith, as irregular or to improve, according to the instructions provided to you by the organization.

WHAT IS THE TREATMENT OF REPORTS OR COMPLAINTS?

The treatment will be informed by each organization in particular and you will be able to follow the process by consulting the ticket.

CAN I SUFFER RETALIATION?

No. Reports are confidential and secure, and if you prefer, anonymous. The conditions are informed in the instructions for use provided. The system has international certifications regarding information security and privacy, and on the other hand we have extra encryption service, therefore, all the material, files, photos, documents that you. contribution within your report is insured and is inviolable and not liable to be diverted to other channels.

ARE THERE WAYS TO FOLLOW UP MY REPORT OR COMPLAINT?

Yes, the report generates a ticket and you can check the status of the process at any time. Remember that to know the status or management of your case, you must inform the "alias" if you made an anonymous report and the ticket code. This information CANNOT BE RECOVERED, therefore remember to SAVE THE ENTRY DATA, ALIASES AND TICKET NUMBER.

This channel is for survey and management, and its conditions of use are those provided by the organization in question.  

The use of this channel authorizes the use of the data for statistical purposes after an anonymization process.
